well I think Judd's value above all else is the professionalism and culture he has engendered because there was a dearth of role models at the club and there was a risk talented players like Murphy, Gibbs wouldn't develop to their potential. But they will be bona fide stars in their own right, if they aren't already. Gibbs oozes class like a Hird/Buckley hybrid.
