Service providers should not be valued by their uptime but also by their response to an outage. TYR very much have the opportunity to dig themselves out of this hole.
Having a single POS is like trying to put a seat belt on as your having a car accident - you are either ready or you are not.
Anyone have a copy of an SLA? This will give some idea of the possibility of a class action. If the SLA hasnt been broken then good luck testing this in the courts - owners do have some responsibility in mitigating risks to their business no?
