I'd say so, almost 30mil volume at 0.015 has me thinking it's a pretty good support. 0.016 buy side has been cleaned up at almost 10mil volume today, with another 10mil 0.017, so I'm thinking we should see some movement from that today, looking like it's a slow but steady climb as excitement for the announcements builds.
