My take on NASA is that as it has been exploring with Intel and Nvidia neuromorphic computing for a number of years unlike some companies or institutions it is not starting from ground zero in coming to grips with AKIDA technology. On top of that with NASA you do really get access to some of the greatest minds and engineers in the world so my expectation is that with NASA very limited Brainchip resources will be required and probably a Maxwell Smart Red Phone direct to Peter van der Made will be sufficient for NASA to run with the ball.

One of the other posters on here who has a very good brain and chose inexplicably the title of BarrelSitter which I refuse to shorten because his contributions are anything but made a very strong case for the idea that while Renesas moved quickly on the contract side they would have been digging into the technology with Brainchip probably for at least 12 months. Certainly for many months at least and while they are not NASA when you look at their web site and I don't mean just the opening page it is obvious they have a huge number of gifted and talented people and have some greater than usual familiarity with neuromorphic computing. On this score I think that Kristopher Carlson in the Brainchip US office would be more than up to the challenge of getting them up to speed very quickly.

So my anonymous opinion is that I think of those they may need to service these two are the least onerous. I would put Valeo in the same boat as Renesas as they have their very own neuromorphic computing branch. Ford for me is more problematic so my bet is they need the greatest assistance in this area. If Samsung is involved the Korean temperament is more likely to require that they work it out for themselves and of course if Samsung are the ones, they have been working on understanding the technology since sometime in 2019, according to the CEO's cryptic comments about the depth of the investigation being undertaken by the large Sth Korean company.

Vorago is interesting they obviously have the people who can come to terms with diverse technologies very quickly as that is what they have to do to rebuild diverse chips etc; in hardened form. They clearly work with ARM but not sure about Intel and Nvidia so they might need a bit more hand holding in the early stages.

So for what it is worth this is my opinion and it is as good as anyone else's but no better.
