NB. I have no problem with a reasoned opinion Depth trader, and you put yours well, but maybe, IMO, try to limit the TOU function to the really insulting posts that are full of vitreol, racist, sexist, stalking troll-like behaviour.
The mods had no discretion to ban Harlee & Tibbs after a TOU.
However, growing a thick skin, like a an elephant, is what is needed.
Just because, someone breaks the "code of conduct" does not mean a TOU is always necessary IMO.
Putting up with the push and shove is respected.
