The issue to me is that we need the SP to be rising in the next 6 months as at that stage we are going to need more money... I think the raise of $25 mil bought us about 8 months... 2 months (25%) of that has already passed and we trading ~18% lower then we were when the raise was done.
$9 mil is needed for San Antonio in Late August unless they dont plan on proceeding.
They need start delivering on things in the short term before we are diluted into oblivion.
Apparently they had completed a strategic plan for 2021 back in December (or were putting the finishing touches on it) giving the market a high level summary of this would be a good start IMO so we have something to benchmark them on.
