MSB to dispute FDA finding in Type A meeting, page-856

One would expect one of the most outraged people on the planet would be Dr. Joanne Kurtzberg. No comments of outrage from Dr. Kurtzberg yet?

Continued support from Dr. Kurtzberg since the rejection by the FDA. This isn't her first rodeo and a seasoned professional so maybe public outrage is not the best action in these cases?

But, another possible/potential/maybe is that MSB has taken one risk too many. I've been harping on the other threads regarding the rolling BLA meetings (which Dr. Kurtzberg would not of been involved in as she's not a Mesoblast employee). What if MSB didn't correctly heed the FDA's requirements outlined in the BLA meetings? If Dr. Kurtzberg now knows of some real reasoning for the FDAs reservations, silence would also be the best option (so as not to look silly).

If everything is correct as been presented, then there has been a major failing by Mesoblast management here. If you think otherwise then show me where the FDA approval is?

Tell will tell. Why am I going down this path as a shareholder? Because I've decided to take the FDAs decision on face value and lie the blame of the failure on MSB management - I think it belongs there. I think to do anything else is pure folly.
