So this is the SECOND tranche to the ' Boy's from Ontario ' ....the Battery Metals Capital Group or (BMCG) , a U.S.‐based battery metalsinvestor with offices I believe in Ontario , and which Is represented by :-

" an additionalinvestment of US$2,000,000 for Placement Shares worth US$2,180,000 at each of the six month, 12month and 18 month anniversaries of the date of the second investment (for total additional investmentsof US$6,000,000 for Placement Shares worth US$6,540,000). Sayona is under no obligation to draw downthese additional investments. "

So seems everyone is getting onto the ' Action ' ......and why not I say. It's going to be BIG .....
