Thanks, saved me the trouble.
I would add that it is far too common to see people apply PE multiples to operating profit at a project level on Hotcopper. Would be quite refreshing to see someone post an EBITDA multiple for a change.
The "conservative estimate" was quite amusing given how fantastical the projections were.
Strongly suggest new holders do some independent research.
