I think EMN may be the clear winner between it and VUL. EMN have a 25 yr stock pile of ore to work through. Already there and ready to process. As well an cleaning up an environmental problem that's polluting the local water ways.
VUL have to do a hell of a lot of expensive drilling to get a good flow of brine in some fairly problematic ground for drilling in an area subject to seismic activity caused by geothermal power station activity. Not popular with the local population.
I think EMN is the safer bet in the long run.
