Oh dear 2020s least successful investor is back with his crystal ball and “facts”

• Firstly AJM was a disaster for you
• Then you posted here that you had sold your entire PLS holding a month previous when I think the price was in the 50s/60s which would have meant you got high 30s/low 40s. Good move
• You assured us that all your crying to the ACCC, Aussie Super, Korda Mentha would stop the AJM acquisition and cited the delay in the note holders meeting as evidence
• You told us Ganfeng would come and bail out your incompetent board and take you out of receivership
• Then that there would be rival bids and PLS would lose out
• That the board were about to raise the funds required to pay out the note holders which was obvious to everyone else that they had been struggling to do that all year
• Then you moved to even Sourer grapes and posting nonsense about companies not wanting PLS spod
• And now your moving onto Ganfeng and co will be upset we cut off their AJM supply!!
you really are delusional, Ganfeng are the ones who cut their AJM supply by not honouring floor prices. PLS is open for business, if anybody wants that supply they can have it, just not for less than it costs to dig it up coz as you should be painfully aware that’s how you go bankrupt! And by the way do some research, every analyst is predicting big shortfalls in supply over the next couple of years. Every cathode/battery/hydroxide producer will need to get lithium from wherever they can.
as for the accusation in your previous post, I agree that PLS and Ken were planning this for a while, but I don’t see the illegality. Everybody knew AJM couldn’t pay their debts and what was inevitable if that continued. Of course plans were in place for if AJM went under and Ken said as much in one of his presentations.
