At this stage no body knows how life began. Evolution describes what happened after life began. There can be no doubt, scientifically, that evolution occurred and that can easily be part of God's plan, for believers, without any conflict with Science. To believe the Genesis account literally is to make God look stupid and a liar. Can one imagine God really telling someone how he made the earth? He would have to talk about cells and chromosomes etc, too which his audience would say: "Are your crazy, what the hell are those?"
