They're entitled to sue for defamation on the 50% thing, but there's just no one to sue because viceroy are just a social media account and a couple of kids in a basement. They get paid by reputable shorting firms to stir up shit.
Take comfort in the knowledge that the trading halt probably cost them a lot of money.
