I am new to GMG having other REITs which got down to 98% of original value, i.e. i am not loosing money on GMG yet.
One of the reasons i picked it was the fact it owns several new buildings next to various stations on the chatswood to epping ytain line (my local turf).
i.e. down the track it should have very good rental returns
I missed the refinancing bit in my research, so am at a loss to understand with a price of 40c how they can raise capitol unless it is those $100 Bond notes or in they get simple bank finance.
If a share split is likely then i might get out, as i need some shares making money.
