I think FG should reveal his experience.
Then we can possibly straighten out his mind.
For those practising the higher spiritual path, the universal cure is: "Whatever is seen, heard, smelt, tasted, touched or cognised with the mind, one should regard it thus - this is not me, this is not mine, this is not myself".
To become entranced & infatuated with all kinds of mental visions & experiences is certainly not spiritual practice.
For example, when the mind is deeply absorbed in meditation during long periods of retreat, one can have dreams in one's sleep where is one flying through the sky like a bird or superman. It is not a visual thing but actually flying, the complete experience.
However, this is merely a mental phenomena. It is nothing to get completely caught up in and intoxicated with. It is ordinary and irrelevant rubbish.
