You sure did warn, back when they were 10.5c. So if you waited for the CR to buy into it big ... well, the retail got nothing and price is now 50% higher then when you warned us.

As for the "low" issue price of $0.0844 maybe you need to look again at the share price of 2 weeks ago which was hoovering around 7c before complaining about it. Sure , every shareholder would have liked them to issue the shares at 25c but realistically they did the best they could with the prices they had and issued enough shares to get the DFS funded.
Now we can sit back and wait for the Novonix results to start coming in from next month.
