Don't think anyone is working. Look at their community page https://help.douugh.com/hc/en-us/community/topics. So many people are asking questions relating to the app and features cause they're people wanting to switch over from Simple and not one single team member from Douugh answered the questions. More than 10 days already... very unprofessional in managing customers altogether.
