    most stocks which have done capital raisings have fallen subsequently.

    And many stocks which had accelerated insto placements and then retail rights issues and/or SPP's appear to have had their prices propped up during the retail payment period, and then plummeted subsequently.

    Look at the recent price history of BSL, MOF, NAB, IOF, WBC and LGL to see examples of this.
