I had a look at HTG last week and they are doing live communications via audios & videos which I think is more tech-complexed and appealing, comparing with BCC’s messaging function.
HTG targets on industrial customers while BCC seems more focused on retailing customers (i.e. selling via retailing channels).
If BCC could come up with new technology applying to their current device and attract some industrial users as well, I guess it will catch up HTG quickly.
please correct me if I’m wrong. I’d love to learn more about both. Thanks in advance.
