Maybe. Current $160 mil MC seems reasonable or overvalued to me given we aren't even breaking even yet. I wouldn't be surprised if this keeps slipping until we get news about the NASDAQ listing.
If what others have said is correct, the minimum NASDAQ listing value in US$160 mil which is like AU$210 mil, so $1.70 is feasible.
