Can't really follow what you are responding to or what your arguement actually is but the answer to your question is MINING .
Without Kalgoorlies gold there would've been no pipeline so Narembeen and all the wheatbelt towns got lucky as they were on the route (or near) .

But maybe simple logic can take us to a point where we can agree on something .
The farmer deserves fair compensation ! Don't imagine anyone would argue that .
If the farmer and RMS can't agree on fair value an independent expert will adjudicate .

Also , by law , RMS owns the gold in there tenements and beyond a certain point the farmer leaves himself open to being sued if he tries to forbid access and cause RMS harm by not being able to mine it's asset .
EXU owned , now RMS have purchased EXU and they own it so all we are talking about here is a matter of DELAY not EXCLUSION .

Ex EXU shareholders seem very unhappy with the delay and want the farmer paid whatever he wants so "their project" can be proved to be the absolute winner they always believed in but most of the rest of us would prefer the payment restricted to "fair compensation" and aren't in any hurry .

So why don't we put this to bed as nothing is being gained and no-one convinced and wait for what will happen whether we post anything or not and frankly some of the comments are way over the top .
