Its not rocket science.. Sellers are holding out for the off-market tender.. Why sell for $1.15 when $1.40 in 2 weeks or $2+ when the on-market buyback recommences
Cant believe this was down to 53c earlier this year.. moral of the story: listen to fundamentals not the tree-shaking and manipulation going on
