Something could be brewing as you suggest, especially given we have been waiting on an announcement on drilling results for some time...
If we look at key dates we find:
Friday 22/1/21 is date that new shares start trading
Tuesday 26/1/21 - Australia Day - no trading
Wednesday 27/1/21 - webinar presentation
We may expect an announcement prior to trading on morning of 22/1, or perhaps on 27/1 (but that would mess up all their presentation ie share price).
We may find that they make an announcement or 28/1 or 29/1 to make it attractive to potential new investors.
At the end of the day it is all conjecture
