westpac is offering 4.99 for 3 years, i just moved half my loans to them on this rate.. my broker called me earlier today to inform that commbank and ING where sticking 3 and 5 years rates up .30% today? just calling now actually to check.

my commbank loans are at 4.94 atm, it will be a bitter pill to swallow if fixed rates jump to 5.8+ in the next 48 hours.
I could be wrong but fixed rates could be near a bottom of sorts...

but who knows.. just a guess, a hunch and the best bet you can lay on the day really. ;)
