Yeah I see part of the placement, but does mean there is a lot out there, free money if converted, only 15 million buyside volume now with over 100 million of supply coming on market before september, I didnt know about this, should of done a bit more research.

Company is still great fundamentally and long term, just eed to be aware that this amount of supply over hanging to be dumped on market at any point (its over 100% profit at this price if converted) will be keeping a lid on any big up moves unfortunately.
