Thats the word in focus here.

My understaning is that we are pressing the courts, to follow through on what exactly that means.

So we as shareholders, are not alone in our frustration with the pace of the court proceedings.

Maybe the plaintiff will get tired of the wait as well, i jest.

i can add, that the heresay, is that our lawyer, not only represents pdn, but also represented bmn, so would be fully aware of the precidents which were to be argued in bmn favour over tenament delinquency. my words, but that pertaining not to take action over a claim, while the work is done by the defendant.

The asx will get its announce when there is anything material to announce i'm re-assured, there's no point picking holes in the word "soon" until it is poured into some concrete.

There was some interest in chat, to my previous suggestion made mention on this thread, that, never would we see a share price rise when there is a pending court case unless there was a silver lining, which i suggested had to be that the risk of the court case itself was being dismissed by the market, and that the expediting of the tenaments, was the more pressing cause behind the rally. But thats just me poking it with a stick, and it being well received as poe.

We are a 9 mill mc coy.

Who has been following our other assets? There are a few, zinc, and nicol off the top of my head.

But who is aware that we are 20% free carried by our JV partner Australaisan resources, re Clive Plamer.

I wasn't, to any thing to brag about. With zinc and nicol, only now pulling themselves out of the toilet, the value of these projects can not be dismissed.

There's a little more to our bottom line, that just the Namibian Uranium, which tend to blind us because of its inherent peer value disparity.
