Get the form from the register or the company and then send the form back along with pay the money.

Not going to tell you what to do as it is your own call but there isn't really a need to convert the options as yet as;

1. They aren't in the money (2c strike price) so you would be best to buy the direct share at 1.8c and keep holding the option.

2. They don't expire until Dec 2022 (IIRC) so even if they were just in the money they won't be expiring for a while.
