You don't have to retract your statement, HC is a free forum as long as you not upsetting them I suppose.
The point I am making is, for a director, or a politician etc, the most difficult act was not buying shares on-market etc, it is to give away power for good. that was TTT did.
Secondly, whether directors bought on market or got free, those shares, lots of them, are tradable, as they did sell some of them 6 months ago. So if a group of them still owns 22.8% of them to be exact, I am sure they will act to their best interest, and they acted!
