tfry,
i beg to differ.
i understand that when a sale or purchase is made it is the date of record for the transaction.
in the case of real estate, the date for the transaction is when the contract is signed by both parties.
settlement unlike shares could vary from 30 days to 12 months, but the effective date is when contracts are signed.
hdr doing well.
loved the comment about ted spending a lot of his time managing his hdr sales.
you have to give them 3 cheers, what an onerous situation to be in,having to convert free oppies and sell to market would be a strenuous task.
they must be incredibly efficient with there time management.
at the next agm why not disallow more oppies for the directors.
that would free up there time to better manage hdr,and the extra time would no doubt result in an even stronger sp performance this year.
