Found this article posted recently, it looks like nobody here has bothered to share it. It goes into depth about the insider selling of EOS (and lack of buying, which points to lack of faith). You'll notice the average price of our lovely independant director is around $8.36, which means he obviously thinks that is the price limit for EOS in the near future.
He sold 147 thousand shares. I'll let you go the math on how much money he cashed out.

Hopefully this does not shake retail investors faith too much, but this aligns with the TA that is showing a downtrend.
