What I find weird about the Zip product is why are customers willing to pay $6 per month to keep their account? Do they know about the $6? I did read some reviews that they found the $6 to be a surprise. It's easy to let the $6 slip if you're not aware too.
Are people happy to pay the account keeping fee for Zip? ANy Zip users can help me understand?
