Acrossthethreefields,Otto'stotalshareofproductionis3,282boe/donaworkinginterest (WI) basis and 2,569 boe/d on a net revenue interest (NRI) basis.
No risk here. Possibly put in place to prevent OEL from selling any of its production assets without addressing the loan. I can't see any other reason for it.
