I know that I have already bought PRR, but I have to say that this is VERY encourging news. Stage III FDA - I wish VCR got this far this early! I THINK the stacking at 5.0 -4.5 will soon be eliminated and would be surprised to not see this above 5 within the week or earlier - HOWEVER - the market sentiment is down today - so look for dips before entry.
