What @hc102 said is right.
Remember that as you have made a profit by selling those shares you will have to pay CGT during the next financial year.
I usually don't use conditional orders myself as they are based on SP/ not % of SP and it has to be revised manually whenever the shares go up.
I find it easier to do in on a spreadsheet (call me old fashioned)
