1. At the price I purchased the options meant that it was equivalent to 36 cents per share so in effect not much different from the current price.
2. I always took the options with a view to convert.
3. I personally have confidence that the price is on an upward trend (DYOR).
4. Bank gives virtually no return for cash at present so I consider the money will do better.
5. I could have put the money into something else speculative (and there are a few promising stocks around) but VRX is closer in my perspective.

So that's a good luck to me and it's good luck to to you all.
But this is only my thinking.
