Why clearly ? Did you expect them to announce every time they bought a few shares ? And why do a CR now and not wait for 30c+ ? Not like they're short of cash right now.
As I said to someone else here who missed on the rally and hoping for a CR , in a few weeks they'll have some results from Novonix and by then we'll see how Biden's plan for green energy comes along.
