Memory not the best.. But didn't ph say in late 2019 that if the nickle price was stable and above $8 a pound that was the basis for a restart. And the restart was a 6-9 month process. So a man's only has his word, if he is a man of his word then this Feb 17?? Should be a great day I'm guessing.
