Hi Gents

I will give you Several reasons why insto's will gladly pay & buy on Market - WHEN THE TIMING IS RIGHT

Insto's dont play by the same rule book as retail investors, they are happy to pay 500% more for a stock or whatever that % might be.
BUT - they want confirmation that this thing is the real deal & for the Asset to be De-Risked to an acceptible level before they will dip too much of a toe into this Pond !! So what factors are they looking for:
- Tier 1 + Status = Ecomonies of Scale
- Confirmation that the Porphyry extents well beyond the current footprint, this confirmation will Drive us through Tier 1 Status
- Solid mining jurisdiction with low soveriegn RISK
- 100% Ownership

The above are only a few items - but the BIGGEST one being that we wont be doing anymore CR's for well over 12 months !! & If we Prove that Cortadera North is Mineralised, then that will tick off 3 of the above concerns & will Very likely lead to that triangle from
Cuerpo 1- Cuerpo 3 then accross to Cortadera North & back to Cuerpo 1 all meeting up at Depth IMHO

Which will mean anyone wanting in will be buying on market at multiples of where we are now !!
& insto's will be the ones driving the BUYING action IMO

So it ALL comes down to RISK v REWARD = Those of us that have had the courage to buy early & HOLD will be rewarded Handsomely IMO

As will those who wait for a higher entry price ( Just not as Handsomely as the rest of us )
