I have around 1.5 Million in debt with the CBA. My variable rate is 4.74% (0.9% discount).
My advice is to ask the other big three what they can offer, and request that they email a statement to you.
Then tell your bank if they do not match the offer then you will drop them like a hot potato.
It worked for me.
