It would appear that MacBank have a problem, as they breached the 20% threshold buy controlling the vote of ASI's shares through asking Trevor Rowe in first instance then Where's Wally secondly agreeing to do it at their request.

ASIC should force them to bid for the lot and pay the same per share they paid Nick 5/6 cents each.

About time ASIC got off their backside and did something, this is perfect solution to everyone's problem and from what I can see only one loser MacBank, no tears will be shed.
