The commissioning "later in the year and into 2021" refers to the new machines for pressing and cutting helmets I believe.
As for the high capacity XTclave machine, the announcement does mention they are finalising commissioning still, however I can't find where they have previously announced that this was done.
Would you please advise which announcement you read that they had already commissioned this machine?
