Service Quality IS there number one focus...

I am one very happy customer, so glad to have their fixed wireless offering and therefore avoiding the garbage FTTN NBN network trash....


As for the IPO:

4 days was nuts... I put my app in nearly immediately and did manage to get the customer parcel of shares.... However they are yet to show up my my trading holdings...

I had to chase the goons managing the IPO "Atomic" HARD to ensure my application got processed... took 6 attempts at phoning until I got someone to pickup.... turns out they had the money sit in their account for almost 2 days before they "processed" the claim... Not looking forward to having to call them back to to get it put through to my trading acct....
