    Hi TT,

    Technically the German investors buy and sell depository receipts (which can be converted shares – existing shares, not new shares like options) and the equity shares are held by JP Morgan Nominees.

    The total number of FYI shares on issue does not change. There is still a total pool (SOI) of ~301.3 million.

    Hopefully that makes sense.
