these 'stress tests' are a joke aren't they?
a breif look at the balance sheet of any publicly listed company, be it a bank or not, should tell you immediately what kind of financial shape they are in.
don't know what else these 'stress tests' would be working from. and any tom dick or harry can see if they have limited cash left, they will struggle - its that simple!
