Interesting to see what Dexus is going to do with their captial raising. I think we are about to see a rash of takeovers/buyouts of REITs. The strong will consume the weak at bargain prices. Why buy the physical assets when you can have the corporate entity for a fraction of the price. Provided you can survive the debt.

I thought WDC did a captial raising last year with one of the state aims as aquisition?
