    You might note that Maccas first action was to the privately advised clients. These clients would potentially have the strongest case for legal action. Taking out holders of 50 k or less would probably tackle most of the subscribers to the ipo, the group with the second strongest case for legal action. It may just be a coincidence, but I would be interested to know if the offer extinguishes the right to any legal action. Do you know if it does?
