The fact that it has gone on this far indicates RMS's intransigence. This matter surely should have been settled commercially long ago since RMS Directors assured shareholders they would be producing gold from Tampia commencing mid 2021.
How long ago did they buy the Tampia ML's and surrounds? How much have they wasted time wise and on capital expenditure directly related to the Tampia project to date with no agreement in hand?
$200m in the bank and they're penny pinching!!!
