As investor pessimism evaporates, and future hopes strengthen,or with effective leadership, I have a price target of .004 per share. The closing of SBL and the admission that partners are ineffective are positives, not negatives in the companies development, The company needs a board and officers that can sell the product to schools, workplace managers,and police forces. The product will sell best in an environment of public concern, political support and legislative action.There will always be a large section of the public who are hostile to, and resent the existance of SBN's product.
