1] Issue to a major would be unbelievable!!! BMN would go ballistic
2] Same if it was made to a Chinese or Japanes entity
Those two would be the premium option.
3] More realistic is that it will come from a RCF-type investment company or other institution.
4] Last on the "whish list" is the sophisticated investor option. They alway want in cheap & often just want a quick buck. This will not be of much benefit to us short or long-term.
5] If they offer an issue to shareholders ... then we are STUFFED!!!!! IMO this will NEVER happen ... so not worth even mentioning
