What do you mean no disclosure or warning of possible excessive losses - how dumb do you have to be not to reliase that $1 + $1 + $1 = $3 per security that could be lost if things turn pear shaped when those amounts are set out right in front of your nose? Do you expect a PDS for $3 fully paid shares to have in bright neon flashing lights a warning that you could lose your $3 per share investment?

What about a bit of personal responsibility and common sense, instead of always looking for someone to blame when you stuff up? No wonder those of us in business have to pay huge insurance premiums and councils have to have great big signs and fences up anywhere people might jump from great heights into water that might contain rocks or sandbars.
